I have the 4.5.2 update of RML (untouched). But don't know where to share this update here ?
Update process not clear to me without creatinfg new post

Remove Line 96 and 97

PHP:

        return !empty($result);

and replaced with this code:

return true;

go to
\real-media-library\vendor\matthiasweb\wordpress-plugin-updater\src\V4\LicenseUIController.php
on line 77 remove this code:

PHP:

'active'       => !empty($license),

and replaced with this code:

PHP:

'active'       => true,

Enjoy and its better use notepad++ for editing
