Having said that, please be aware that if you ever want to change, you're left with a lot of gibberish in your posts and pages. That's because Divi uses shortcodes everywhere.

If you're looking for a lightweight theme I'm wondering why you want to use Divi Builder, as it's known to be one of the heaviest around.
