Install the lite version: https://wordpress.org/plugins/affiliaa-affiliate-program-with-mlm/ along with the update 3.0.1 and see if the problem will be solved
Download the file again using the download button and do a new test. Codecanyon had not yet updated the previous file for this fix, but I sent the new file to Mega.nz and now the plug-in can be activated. Keep the Lite version installed.
