Whenever I upload a movie I get a 404 not found error, which can be uploaded using my admin because a normal user can't upload a movie.

Hi, I've been using Wowonder for a startup platform with fewer than 100 users and less than 50 posts. Anytime I want to log in as admin, I get redirected to the homepage. The same thing happens if I want to post a story or chat. Pls what can I do? I'm using Wondertag theme.

Do you get the same error when you use wowonder theme?

Hi, I've been using Wowonder for a startup platform with fewer than 100 users and less than 50 posts. Anytime I want to log in as admin, I get redirected to the homepage. The same thing happens if I want to post a story or chat. Pls what can anybody help? I'm using Wondertag theme.

Migrating to new hosting is quite delicate, from your statement I believe an error might have occurred somewhere while you were migrating.

Let's hope the issue can be resolved.

Please provide this information to better understand the problem.

1. What hosting website are you on?

2. Did you change your hosting website or just your hosting plan?

3. What hosting plan were you on, previously?

4. What hosting plan did you migrate to?

5. Explain briefly the method you used to migrate and did you encounter any problems while migrating?

I was using Hostinger Premium Web Hosting plan before i got a new hosting (Business Web Hosting). So i zipped the file and moved it to the hosting. I installed it and everything went well until I noticed I can't login as an admin.

Wow!
That's not the due process for migrating to a new hosting website. How about SQL, and some other data You forgot you can't just zip them up and upload them somewhere else and then expect everything to work perfectly.

This is the best solution that I recommend for you.

First, I recommend Namecheap as a hosting provider because of their customer support, it's very reliable.

Here is what I would do if I was to migrate from one hosting platform to Namecheap.

Chat with Namecheap customer service to let them know you want to migrate from one hosting website to theirs and let them know you have little or no knowledge of how to go about it.
(They will put you through the steps and be with you throughout the process.)

So, make sure you still have access to your old hosting where everything is working perfectly then Contact your new hosting and ask them to put you through the migration process.

Wowomder only provides documentation on how to migrate cloud storage but not hosting because only the hosting provider is in the best position to put you through the migration process.

That's true, I forgot to ask you what version of wowonder or Wondertag you are using but none of that could be the cause of the problem though.

Just make sure you follow the proper migration process and you won't have problems.

How do I edit the value that appears in wowonder I'm using the real currency R$ plus the points that members earn it gets strange when it goes from 1000 points it seems the right thing would be R$ 1.00 more in the system it looks like this "Funds available for withdrawal: R$1,000, minimum withdrawal request is R$50.00" So it's to stay R$1.00 how can I remove this last box in the number leaving it only R$1.00
