Which browser are you using? This appears to me only on the new Edge with a chromium engine. Test in Firefox and see if it gives the same error. Sorry my english using translator I'm from Brazil.

To test I changed the php version from 7.3 to 5.6 it worked on all browsers with 5.6 only others did not run normal at least for me, then calmly I will see the php settings on my host I have not yet tested localhost. See if it works at least to clear this doubt because if it is just settings on the php server.
Ok, i tried to install it now, got problem with Pictures. Did U have ant solution on that? I´ve tried different php versions

Did you try version 5.6? for me both on localhost and on the online server it worked sending images and videos changing to this version php 5.6.
