If your older version is nulled do not try to update with untouched version. It will break your install.

Maybe I am new but my social networing site is now babiato itself. Everytime I open my browser the first tab I open is babiato.tech... I genuinely haven't found any platform where I found so much of cooperative community and personally I want to contribute to this community and soon you will all get a gift from my end (only for staff members and trusted uploaders). Maybe I don't have resources as all the resources were available in babiato but I want to show some love so that this community can spread in much better way.. If this SPAMMING in name of password password keeps going I will simply lock the thread with warning to all unnecessary spammers .
To the resource sharer (I haven't checked who) follow a straight line please, if you have password sharing policy = mention it clearly also ,
to all , everyone also should care about other's valid requests, jokes apart we should not make fun on valid requests I believe .

This file contains the 3.1 nulled with the 3.1.1 nulled update. Just update as usually, I compared every single file and removed / changed the necessary code to make it work and it does,I'm using 3.1.1 right now. Hope yall enjoy <3

I did not have issues with password-protection sharing . But for that irrelevant jokes and spams I found above, so I had to write it.
About 2.5 years ago when I joined here I used to request WP-Rocket (which I've been sharing there after) to @Tomz , now that won't be simply ideal response to see myself being into fun.

Upload to the root directory and run it? That didn't work. Maybe put it in a certain directory?

no only root , replace update files first then upload update.php run https://yourdomain.com/update.php
