Yes I'm Hosting my website in Server using : ( Litespeed cash System ) , and I have The Bug in " fault with the script reolading on posting and not posting status untill members/users refresh the page ". I will ask Technical Support Deparment to disable (Litespeed cash system) to see if this will resolve the POSTING BUG ... and told you the answer.

hello guys, i'm testing wowonder
I tried localhost on my machine (My PC) with Wampserver and everything seems to be fine.
I'm currently testing it myself on a VPS with Nginx server. But unfortunately I didn't install it because the NGINX.CONF file that contains the script rewriting rules is not working when I add it to ETC/NGINX/NGINX.CONF
After adding the rules, NGINX returns an error, saying that the added syntaxes are talking because they are duplicated.
With this I realized that the duplication referred to according to the error is related to the term "location" which seems to be repeated a lot.
I tried to download the same one here in babiato, but it keeps giving an error
That's why I hereby ask you well, if there is someone who has the file, who has no errors to provide me here. I thank you in advance.

Which APACHE or NGINX server are you using?Please help...
It keeps showing this whenever I clicked on a user's name...
Currently I can't visit any users profile
What can cause this?
If it's apache, enable link rewrite mode
If it's Nginx, paste the rewrite rules into etc/nginx/nginx.conf
This will help you.
If before it worked without problems, then check the same things I mentioned above, it may be that they are disabled or gone.

I don't know if you use Apache or Nginx, I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
In the meantime, try giving permissions 777 to test folders including the CACHE folder in a first phase.
If it works, try 775, and try again.
If the problem persists, you can just use 777 as folder permission and review URL rewrite modes

also u can contact root user to give you full path

at glance (just my guess based on my experience in the past I got the same issues), after reading your comments, as your server is powered by LiteSpeed, I suspect you need to configure your LiteSpeed webserver. This configuration is specific to your need and your server specs.
You need access to your WHM (if using cPanel) to do this. Please follow the guide:

http 1.1 with http2 disabled, you can find it in the modules depending on your hosting then it should work fine, so far only http2 module presents a bug (infinite loading)
