Okay, this's weird for me! because i didn't test it on a live website, just on a local! and the result as i explained before! the SS won't give that much, but here is the snapshots!
** After saving (Submit), Options goes back to the Free version! **

Reinstall them again.
And please don't go to Image Optimisation and Premium tap else it will return to free version.
There are many options available for image optimization. I personally use Shortpixel.
