Free and Pro both been updated to v4.3.7, you have the latest untouched for that?

Have also removed the shown number of days before licence expires on Fluent Forms Pro License tab as well, it was set to show an obscenely big number and not really needed to be shown.

Think this Pro v3.4.6 should be the latest as was only updated 19th, the Free version is on v4.3.7, so would have expected them to match versions, but we have seen it does not always happen like that.
