There is a PLATFORM VERSION of the newest version by @NullMaster. Global Dashboard is working as tested. But do check thoroughly to make sure.

Which version did you try? Version 1.15.02 or the latest Version 1.15.04?
Version 1.15.02 is just the Standard Version while Version 1.15.04 is Platform Version.

I tried also the v1.15.04 on a fresh wp multisite, but pages from subsites do not load on the global dashboard
On a fresh wp multisite:
1 - install v1.15.02
2 - activate v1.15.02 but do not use
3 - update with v1.15.04
That's what I did and it's working as Platform so far.
Plus the 5 additional OceanWP dashboard templates. They work with the free OceanWP theme that you can download from the WordPress official website.
