2. Find licence_key_verify() (It might be at line number 62).
3. Replace

   if(!isset($licence_data['key']) || $licence_data['key'] == '')
       return FALSE;

   with
   
   Code:

   if(!isset($licence_data['key']) || $licence_data['key'] == '')
       return TRUE;

   at line no. 70 & 71
