if you really want to use this plugin, u need to be careful which option to enable...
this plugin complicated but I prefer it over all the other plugins...

withCode:if(!isset($licence_data['key']) || $licence_data['key'] == '') return FALSE;

But it worked for me
That code make plugin return true when even not any license key is entered which means it works.

Hie guys just noted that i cant activate or deactivate plugins after update anyone with solution
Hie Just make sure you don't block anything on the registration page. that's the solution.
