my way if wanna migrate media, plugin, themesI install filester plugin, then zip folder wp-content, transfer it to target website
we are talking about the last version 2.3.3I dont think so, i see this. Note the add-ons are not active

I just had a look at the code and the 4 upgrade features do indeed require addon plugins to be installed to function. The person who nulled this has done so in a way that prevents the extras from initiating.
Download links for fetching the extra plugins are generated inside the admin panel and a valid license key is required as part of the URL. The site URL is also included in the request - not sure if that's also required for the download, or if it's just for tracking.
I can nullify the plugin differently and allow the addons to initiate, but would need the extra plugins or a legitimate license key in order of fetching them.
Edit: I see that they've stated the extra plugins are no longer required, but that's not really accurate. The plugins are still required, they're just downloaded and activated by the main plugin behind the scenes instead.

For anyone with a key, here are the download links for each extra plugin, just need to replace _LICENSE_KEY_HERE_ with a real one. Not sure if the site_url needs to be linked to the key or even present in the request.
