Hello,

I have a challenge to solve but I don't find a way to do it.

I create a website where I offer services. Customers can request an order. I use WPForms for that.
Then I have to confirm or decline the request.
If I confirm, the customer has to pay.

How is this possible? I think need a plugin to create individual payment links I could send my customers via email.
These payment links should go to my website with a stripe gateway with a manually defined price.

Do y'all have ideas how I could do this?
Btw, I don't want to use Woocommerce for anything.

Would love to get some helpful suggestions.
Kind regards
Bexxley

Hiii!
It would have been easier with woocommerce if you just generate an invoice and send to them automatically.

Check if WPforms has the invoice generator feature.

If it doesn't there's no way you won't use woocommerce to get this done.

Woocommerce is the heart in making payments possible via Wordpress.

Well, I don't want to create a shop. I want a website just with the option that customers can request my service. After I accept them, they pay. So I don't want this whole shop layout from woocommerce (cart, shop, etc.)

Furthermore the interested customers are guests without an account. All I got from them is their email address.
And each customer will get a different price to pay, so I think I can't send automatic emails.
I need to send an

Okay, I don't know how this would work. With wordpress everything is laid out in pages.

You'll definitely need a page for accepting the payment. So bypassing cart is possible.
