Well, I am using WP Super Page Cache Plugin. But I have also got WP Rocket running for Javascript file optimization. For some strange reason, other plugins that do Javascript optimization are not working. I have tried more than 5 plugins and tried to defer and delay JS files but to my surprise I found none working. So I am using WP Super page cache plugin for page cache and WP rocket just for JS files optimization.

in the new version Optimize CSS delivery option is not working its say buy official one 
Thank you for the continuous update. The optimized CSS delivery is now working but I think this version is causing internal conflict that could hurt your site in terms of SEO and content delivery.
