• Bugfix: Remove rules in the .htaccess to automatically serve pre-compressed CSS/JS files, as it was causing display issues on LiteSpeed server. The pre-compressed files are still generated and can be used if your server configuration is set to do so (#2779)

I am about to use this plugin, is it safe to use??

Can you please give me some tips, on how to increase website speed. It was ranked 49 in Google Speed Page Test.
How to increase the speed load. I have tried many videos on youtube and used plugins. It didn't work for me.
