I just downloaded it successfully. It works. Try a different browser or something.

tested with firefox and Edge. the same ... 403 forbiden.

I will keep trying

This plugin is also making api calls to developer for updating the plugin
so we need to null that also

here i'm attaching the nulled one with no errors
