Hi, it highly depend on the setting of wp rocket and up to what extend you allow this plug in to improve you website loadtime. Just you need to be careful applying some of those setting may lead to crash your website since your theme or other plug ins may not work properly with wp rocket. But the best way to check is to run your website before activating wp rocket on gtmetrix site and after configuring wp rocket again you can check it on gtmetrix. For me it almost reduced the load time to onethird and some sites to oneforth. If you use CDN service it would impact much more and it may reduced the loading time even more.

If you have separate theme for mobile device keep the second check mark otherwise uncheck it please.
There is another point also, since the wp rocket create cache from your website data please make sure you have enough space on your host service. If you ran out of space it make cause your site to crash and not to load correctly.

Do not apply all these setting together any of these check mark can cause a problem on your site. If your theme has a recomendation setting for wp rocket please use that setting. Otherewise do trial and error check mark them one by one and test your site. If any of them cause problem uncheck and go to other one.
Try this to find the best setting.

With everything checked, it works normally, do you think it is better to deselect, and re-mark one by one?

In the first look it may seems normal but if you check your site using google chrome devtool you will see some javascript codes error or some stuff not run correctly at the background which you will not notice in the first look to your site.
If you are expert in finding those .js files you can keep the check mark in wp rocket but you can exclude them from merging to other files in order to avoid the problem.
The problem may also comes from insufficient server support while loading your site. Usually I use hosting servers built for wordpress and I make sure that theme is wp rockey friendly.
You may need to ask your hosting provider to do right config for you on their host.
