which one is better ? maybe because it's so buggy recently.

You need to buy a real license to use the template library.
This plugin can't be nulled as it checks for a real license from the developer's server to activate the library.

I just realized that when I check my site on Google Pagespeed Insight, I got Lighthouse returned error: NO_FCP. This doesn't happen before, and I don't exactly know when this issue started since I just realize it after I check my site on Google Pagespeed Insight. The weird thing is that when I check on Gtmetrix, the result is still good, pagespeed score A (94%).

I'm curious by that, so I try to deactivate all my plugins and reactivate one at a time while I check on Google Pagespeed Insight. To my surprise, I got it working, the result shows (even though it's not a good score). So I repeat that process and everything works, until I activate WPBakery, the Google Pagespeed Insight shows Lighthouse returned error: NO_FCP. I deactivate WPBakery and try again on Google Pagespeed Insight, and it shows the result, activate the WPBakery one more time, check on Google Pagespeed Insight, again it shows the Lighthouse returned error: NO_FCP.

So that's my issue, the site still works well, the loading speed is reasonable. Any help appreciated, Thanks.

this plugin work good without nulling
also about template library you need real license

You need to unzip the downloaded file and inside it you gonna see another file which is called js_composer.zip. Just upload the js_composer.zip and works fine
