I can't use 6.5 with Plesk, immediately quarantineing website

There is a .css missing from /assets/lib/bower/font-awesome/css. Attached is a fixed version of the file from their github. It was originally marked v4.4.0 but I've modified it and tested with zero errors. The only conditions I've noticed it throw an error is if you are using composium and loading font-awesome 4.7 icons from it. No error thrown if only calling v5 icons.
