What exactly is the problem? I was having a lot of issues because I didn't use the correct versions of the plugins! (Spent like 2 days getting problems) You have to use the last version of the wpDataTables, which is here in the website, It is the 2.8.3. Also the Gravity Forms integration for wpDataTables v1.2.3. And It should work.

Oh, It's conflict with Flexible Checkout Fields by WP Desk, Setting in wpDataTables have no respone when I active Flexible Checkout Fields.
