Thanks! But if I download the latest package reported in the history tab inside the zip file I found only the previous versions of that plugins.

The Zapier addon for this plugin does not work. It's missing the /assets folder, therefore WordPress shows a fatal error when trying to activate.
The Zapier addon is still v1.0 and has never been updated since it was released. Does anyone have the complete Zapier addon for this plugin?

I was running the older 1.1.2 version, however it stopped working. Firefox produces a javascript error on submission, and it's 100% this addon. When I disabled the PDF forum submission, the User Registration form submits correctly with no errors.
I just tried the 1.1.3 version and same problem. JSON error showing in the browser console, tied to this addon. Disable the PDF Form Submission addon, and the User Registration plugin works correctly.
Sadly, that's the latest available version. Running php 8.0.24 if it matters.
To follow up on my previous comments about some of the addons not working, reverting to PHP 7.4 fixed the problems, and PDF and Zapier both work great.
Running WordPress with PHP 8 produces browser console errors with the PDF Submission, and the form does not work; and Zapier produces fatal errors.
This addon works great, but only works with PHP 7.4
