I have got v1.0.0 of it, but check previous posts in this thread as it could already be in existing addons upload.

The process I followed to get templates to work on the latest version:
Install wpforms-best-wp-forms-buider_1.6.7.3.zip and wpforms-form-templates-pack-1.2.2.zip and activate both.
Check that the templates are working.
Install wpforms-lite.1.7.2.1.zip and activate it.
Check that the templates are still working.
Finally install wpforms-best-wp-forms-buider-v1.7.2.2=elite.zip and you should still have the templates.
Install any additional addons and you should be good.
Weird form locker bug where it wont allow it to be enabled:
Use attached zip.
Install wpforms-best-wp-forms-buider_1.6.7.3.zip and wpforms-form-templates-pack-1.2.2.zip and activate both.
Check that the templates are working.
Install wpforms-lite.1.7.2.1.zip and activate it.
Check that the templates are still working.
Finally install wpforms-best-wp-forms-buider-v1.7.2.2=elite.zip and you should still have the templates.

That addon was already added last year and works fine for me.
There is no need to upload same addon with
wpforms-form-locker\wpforms-form-locker.php

Also, have you simply pasted that from another site as please tell me where these zip files are here?

Can go through all Form Locker toggles and they all work fine...
You won't be able to enable the two options in Entry Limits & Restrictions if you have any one of Form Verification, Form Scheduling or Form Restrictions enabled.

This also seemed to be required to even activate it, so, not sure why you were able to activate it without the change.
