Try downgrading your version and when the new version arrives I'll update and you can too, Anyways but I used the same theme on my website and it is working fine. I don't know why it is creating problems to your website, and did you tried the latest nulled theme that I've uploaded? because this was the one I am using on my website.
Please who can I make the header aligned...its not aligned well on some pages

is this a downloaded theme here? Because I have it on the test page and I don't have any malvare there. Don't you have something downloaded there that is other than babiato?

The Malware is in Plugins and plugins are either downloaded from WP Repository or external sources and some of them like UserNoise etc in WPJobsster are downloaded from WordPress Repo. There is no chance of malware there. And from my years of experience in Web Development and WordPress, I have found that one bad plugin in your WordPress can modify all known plugins and themes files especially the functions.php files. It is because of that BAD plugin, Not because of Files I share or the Babiato Community.
