@Tomz I contacted chat with the WPNotif team and asked the question:

Changes in Version 1.8.0.5

Not updated on the website?

And they replied: changes for 3rd decimal are not maintained
they are included in minor update changelog

My question: So why doesn't the wordprass / plugin recognize the update provided from the forum and keep asking for the update as you can see in the image above?

IF U See Oh Snap! Invalid Purchase Code / Dont Worry just save setting and use it
i test it in local with twilio trial account and work good
here is proof in my phone
