To be eligible to create a sales thread you MUST meet these requirements...

4: You must provide proof of your service/product to @Mrsam_1 before your sales thread will be approved.
5: This may include you being asked to provide a "vouch" copy of your product/service to me.
6: If you are not prepared to do this then DO NOT try and start a sales thread.
7: You also need to have read all Marketplace Rules
You're not going to find these very easily. Even if you do find someone selling, be very careful as Adobe is known to ban carded accounts or accounts not bought from them. Just recently they banned a lot of users that had been using such accounts and a lot of the adobe sellers stopped which is why you're not going to find these easily

Suggestion, try a school account, you can use an online college, ex. phoenix online, these accounts are discounted & offer all the same apps.
After you start the account, set a reminder 7 days before the next charge, then go in as if you are going to cancel, but do not cancel, because there is a fee associated with canceling...
Adobe will offer further monthly discounts & offer to give you free months to stay, walk through the cancel process, but again DO NOT CANCEL, unless that is absolute what you mean to do.
