Not really, first of all

your learning linux
most of the extentions/modules you'll need are already in the virtualmin package
the virtualmin forums are very active and people help for free
you save $15/month for something you actually dont really need
you can then learn and help others for free
trust me once you learn the swing of things its not stressful at all

Are you planning to use cPanel apart from the trial period? If not, then you shouldn't invest time and money on setting it up. If you can afford cPanel then only go for it.

Otherwise the best option for you will be:

OS:
CentOS8 or CentOS7 or Almalinux 8.3 or Ubuntu Server 20.x

Control panel:
Cyberpanel (if planning to use openlitespeed server which is free and fastest) Or CentOs Web Panel (if planning to use nginx or litespeed enterprise which is paid or apache which is slowest)

If any more info or help u need, u can contact me here or in private msg

Sorry bro, I am having lack of time otherwise I would have helped. You can always contact me for any help if u face any issues... I can guide.
I think I will go for centos pro instead as it's much cheaper and they offer installation services as well

Can your license work for installed server
I am using 15 day trial and it's been good so far except smtp isnt working so i cant send only receive.

I will need help also in setting important settings and security.

All this comes in your package?
You need to contact amazon and tell them your anti spam measures and get port 25 opened up. There is also cpanel available with ec2 images in aws marketplace so already installed ready to go. Here is the image.

We can do that by our aws console also using firewall rules.

Email to an instance can only be permitted by amazon support, regardless how you do it via console support option or email or call etc etc, you still need to contact amazon support. Email ports can and will not be opened by security rules, even if you do, they still need to give you permission. Here is the detail on this matter.
