Hello, Developers and Coders there,

I am having an issue with my Plesk Panel running on Vultr's Ubuntu 20.04,

I updated it yesterday and it stopped working after updating, please check the below issue and let me know I someone from you can fix it for me.

As I have mentioned that this is a paid task so I am able to pay for this, and please do not trust any documentation on talk.plesk.com on StackOverflow because i have tried everything which is available on the internet, I need a VPS expert who can fix this.

DM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE, IT IS TOO MUCH URGENT.

Even the Plesk support is saying they are screening my documents then they will help me, I do not know why this process is necessary for them.

This is a common problem and normally easy to fix

First check how much disk space you have left

Next try sign in from another device / ip

If you get to login from a new ip go to plesk blacklist and remove the ip you can’t login with

If it don’t work pm me server details and I will fix it for you , no charge

No problem glad you got it sorted

They probably just removed your ip from the blacklist

Have a look into whitelisting your ip

$20 for this type of help is nearly an insult. Furthermore Plesk is having quite good support over SSH for paid customers and their SLA is 1 hour.

Your issue is either due to your IP being blacklisted in the built-in IP jail or a corrupt DB, that can be repaired through SSH with a simple query.

Ohh. And remember - Real men don't have a backup - they just cry a lot.
