data + internal_data and .htaccess delete...Need Advise.
I replace all the files and folder after i start install...
is i am doing right..?

I installed this upgrade without delete data + internal_data and .htaccess delete...
Working everything good.
Even if you don't delete there's nothing to worry about unless you have done custom changes specially in .htaccess file . .
For ex: My XF installation probably has the highest security as possible with XenForo . . So, i need to skip those files while upgrading .
Thanks @CyberDeviL . Can you ensure about release. I installed attached version but there is no upgrade and installing 2.1.8 patch 2 again. You may upload wrong file?
@CyberDeviL please how long does it take to upgrade xenforo? it's almost 10mins and i still get the message

It usually takes 2 - 3 minutes if your own internet connection + server is good.
But if server-side performance is low or any related issue, then it might take some 10 - 15 minutes or more sometimes.
It's almost an hour now. I have a strong internet so I doubt it's the internet connection
Do you have teamviewer ? So I can check it myself .

Much easier and less painful solution. I was going insane with Thrive thread.
Ya, Most time I prefer remote assistant (via TeamViewer) rather than suggesting/recommending blah, blah blah , reduces lots time & typing texts
Only joking, but it seemed like it at the time. He was trying to get Thrive Theme Builder including ShapeShift working.
@leadenpraise you waited almost over 2 hours by just replacing the XenForo files, all you had to do to follow the above upgrade instruction by upgrading it via https://yourdomain.com/install , then it would just take that 1 minute
