MAYBE it's your hosting service
ask them for help.
usually you upload in the htdocs folder

I got the same problem, when i uploaded all files and folders are with no permission !

I know this might be a dumb question and I accept if I am dumb, but guys how do I change the xenforo logo? Default Theme, I have been looking for the option for 30+ hours now.

Go to your AdminCP, then go to Appearance, then Styles and go to Style Properties for the default style, then go to 'Basic Options' and change the logo.

Setup -> Advertising -> Add Advertising -> Choose the place (there is a lot of options) -> Paste the Code, set the criteria and done.
