If you are using nulled main script then any number or letter will activate any addon. if they are not accepted the code then you can login FTP and delete the license TXT file inside the addon folder, That will activate the addon

@k18acc2, the 6.2 template upload script is different from that of 6.1.8. It doesn't seem to be compatible to upload and use available templates provided here.

Or is there another way to manually upload/install and use this templates? like which folder to put them so the script can access the templates for modification and use.?

I have Xerochat with original licence, so i uploaded the XeroBiz Add-on and when i tried to activate with any code i get an error message. So i did what you say and i deleted the install.txt file from Cpanel and pass from inactive to active but seems is not working because i don't find the GMB addon option in the left side in the administrator panel as you in the original demo of XeroChat (screenshot attached)

And this is mine (As you can see it was activated as you said but seems not was activated at all)
