i think that you are using a Server with Nginx .
try to login into your Cpanel after that you will see at the bottom of your cpanel username ( clear cashe )
or
it seems that you have to clear browser's cache , please after updating the logo and favicon, press ctrl+shif+R at the same time .. if not, you have to try another script like this on

Al enviar mi solicitud a la revisión de Facebook, se rechazó instagram_manage_messages. Pide una aplicación de mención para trabajar dentro del chat en línea de chatpion
When submitting my application to facebook review, instagram_manage_messages was rejected. It asks for a mention app to work inside chatpion online chat
the problem is that it does not load the image when they mention it, in the chat
I have the same problem, can someone help us please?
