Here is instruction for update from ver 7 to ver 7.1.
Check in update tab, It had info included to V7. the last manual update is 7.1
get the files from the main script.

You don't approval these permission, you have to ask permission from Facebook and wait for them to approve

disable and delete it, in the upload file you create an install.txt file in the visual_flow_builder directory (remember the addon was nulled), active it and the data will be updated.

Your facebook app isn't approved. You need those permissions to be approved first by fb
