Thanks for sharing, I have tested and found:
When I import two demos (1) and (2), I got the message "Could not download demo files, please try again then contact with theme support."
It seems that the data of these two demos is missing.
The photo below:

yes demos grabbed before so must be updated
also need real license

I'll update the themes when time permits. Won't be today though. It's only a couple of the newest that are missing. :)
