YITH Quick View Pro 1.6.6 introduced a nasty bug. When hitting "add to cart" button, the ajax wheel doesn't show up, which creates confusion and bogus cart entries from hitting the add-to-cart button multiple times. Had to go back to 1.5.3. Please Tomz update to the latest 1.7.0 when possible, which hopefully fixes it. Thank you!

Good job, bashqan. Have reviewed the code and appears to be all clean (but not yet nulled).
Unfortunately, the ajax issue described here that showed up in 1.6.6 has not been fixed in 1.7.0 either (at least in the Flatsome theme).
Have reviewed the code of 1.5.3 and found the culprit:
yith-woocommerce-quick-view-premium\assets\js\frontend.js line 507:
change to:
Need to change that line in frontend.min.js, too.
