Both versions you have used here should be working fine for you.
Are you testing it with all your other plugins and addons activated for this website at the same time?
If yes, unactivate them apart from Yoast and run it again.
Have you got access to sandbox that you can test on or have you got another site that you can use to test on?
If working on them, then it is your website or your setup for it that is causing the issues.
We can't go too far into helping you other than what @dgpalych has already suggested, as then we would really need to be on your own setup to see it for ourselves.
He has already stated about using Yoast Helper and going through the process - Tools > Yoast Test > Reset indexables & migrations > SEO > Tools > SEO data > SEO Data Optimization (allow Yoast to rescan your pages).
The other thing I would try is another helper plugin from WordPress called Health Check & Troubleshooting which they talk about on their own site here to see if you have any conflicts with plugins for example.
Here is untouched anyways.

Perhaps this function is blocked by an extraneous plugin.
Look carefully - maybe this function is in some plugin.
If not, delete the plugin, clean the site cache and install the plugin again.

Install the licensed version of Yoast SEO Premium and look at the result. Your Sanesecurity plugin will give the same result - it will show the virus again.
Why is that? - read all the previous comments.
