Upgrade and activate the Premium version.
The free version is generated automatically.

Perhaps you have one of them installed on your website:
1. wpseo-local;
2. wpseo-news;
3. wpseo-video;
4. wpseo-woocommerce.
Look for the problem in the add-ons.
