Remove all old Yoast version folders from wp-plugins folder before uploading this new nulled version and clear your cache and the notice will not appear

Sorry but it did not worked. I tested it in a fresh WordPress installation, still the warning shows. Cleared cache & even deactivated the cache plugin. Still same warning like the screenshot.
