Steps to install:
- Deactivate Yoast SEO Premium
- Remove Yoast SEO free plugin
- Install the new Yoast SEO Premium plugin
- Activate it, free plugin should be generated automatically

Ah, yes. Let's wait for the update then..@NullMaster changes some files in /assets/js/dist. I think your nulled version doesn't have these changes.
