Have you lost the activation of the Premium plugin?
Deactivate all 3 Yoast SEO plugins.
Delete the free version.
Update and activate the Premium version of the plugin again.
If necessary, update the free version
Activate WooCommerce.

The other store didn't give me luck, exact same simple procedure default free install was 19.7 on both, updated to 19.7.2 and says activate :/

You can test it, works almost perfectly.

So for me I made a fresh installation and once I do the woocommerce store setup it turns inactive subscription
Base Wordpress, base wordpress 2022 theme, elementor pro, woocommerce and yoast prem and yoast woocommerce.

It can be assumed that it is yoast woocommerce that removes activation.
