what exactly do you mean, the plug-ins must be put in the packages folder, then you have to run " composer dump-autoload " command, after that they will be visible in the admin panel

But it inly remains to null it so that it receives the value so that it can proceed with the installation, and add the funcion app/Services/preparePackageInstallation.php in vendor/helper_functions.php to send the parameter

The file is pro default as mix('css/app.css'), change all the mix to asset, this is how it worked for me, I am testing it on localhost, in the cloud it works without modifying anything.

but first time installed om server was working, i re-installed by deleting all db & files the issue occured, i wonder even on localserver, same issue.

to get installation page make sure you run this: https://yourdomain.com/public/install

You will get an installation page. After that make sure all permission required set to 775. You're good to go
