Okay then. As you mentioned in the email that no files were recovered , i did not open any tickets so far. Now i will open one and give it a try. Also , i dont want to put a bad name on your company but data loss is not something that happens everyday. As we said we were contacting datacenter staff to see what they could do with disaster recovery procedures, and they could recover most of the files stored in the home directory, it was a mess to sort out the files, but however we sent the backups to a few clients who reached out to us.
All you want to do is just post trash here, if you ever actually wanted to find a solution/get back your files you would have opened a ticket like all other clients did when they received the email.
If you are still not satisfied with our services, even though we only provide a 30 day money back guarantee, I'd like to give you an option to claim a refund and walk away.
I'd not reply on further queries by you here, due to the fact that you are not looking for something material instead wasting everyone's time. In the meantime feel free to reach out to us via our official support options.
