I have seen the exact same service with way cheaper prices on nulled.to. I think the OP was buying from them (it is not his own method as he claims).
The service has been taken down on nulled.to since the seller's method was patched.
Hence he is not able to replace accounts anymore.

I din't buy anything .
Just to clear one thing up. He did not necessarily scam people. Netflix have very recently changed the way they work accounts and therefore a lot of the old ways of accessing no longer work. This has affected lots of sellers of so-called cheap accounts, not just here, but on numerous forums.So!
