if you install the last version which was the extended license I think it was version 11 then update to version 2.6 that will fix it for you and after you do that every version you update to after that will keep the extended license version

going by what you have sent it looks like a file permission issue
did you rename it to private_html do you have a public_html

no.. nothing renamed ! file permission 775 ! private_html & public_html : both system default , changed the license to extended and cleared cache
