in fact, after I updated, no user can create the links.
only administrators.

its some related to languague file, check it, The same happened to me,

Set the plan to -1 for the amount of links allowed and the blocks allowed for unlimited.

I'm trying to connect authorization via Twitter, I did everything as described in the instructions, but I get an HTTP ERROR 500 . Does anyone know how to fix the problem?

yes this script will install just fine on localhost with xampp on windows

install this version first v11 Extended Nulled then update to v11.1.0 Regular Nulled so you get the payment option in the admin
