Because on your site, zip extension or php version is mismatching. Do one thing go to admin panel>system>server status and than check the bellow status as looking like bellow screen shot
if its looking like this than may be the problem is with addon bundle

it is becuase addon sql is not imported completly .

but thr r something prob. After adding item in cart, when going for checkout it directly come to home page

i mean, I installed that active-ecommerce-african-payment-gateway-addon plugin on the site and it works on the site, but it does not work in the mobile application when ordering and buying.

Installation & update files are nulled, but don't drop the database if you use the update file, instructions above are for fresh installation only.

Please, I have an issue...
Am using v4.7 but I notice that paystack is not working... After checkout, it doesn't load the paystack card details, instead it shows error 500... And then it sends a mail to the customer that the order is being processed.
How can this be solved?

I advise you to make a backup of your website & the database and update to v5.0, and see if the issue is resolved, maybe they fixed this bug in the most recent version.

you have a problem with the PHP version. Change the PHP version to 7.2 or 7.3

Have changed the PHP version but I still get the same error...
I even tried a different payment gateway (VoguePay) but would only show a blank page ..
Attached is the error I get from selecting payatack

I receive the order invoice in the seller email but the cant proceed to checkout with card.
The page having issues is checkout/payment

Well, sometimes the original code has bugs, I got a lot of error 500 during my work on this script last 2 years, and this could be an unreported bug, so the developer has not known about it yet.
