I’m looking for recommendations for a tool/AI that takes notes and generates meeting summaries in:
- Microsoft Teams
- Google Meet
- (If it supports Zoom or others, that works too)
Requirements and nice‑to‑haves:
- Multi language (good accuracy with accents).
- Speaker identification, action items/decisions, and links to key moments.
- Export to Google Docs/Notion/Email/....
- Privacy: control over data storage and an easy option to delete data.
- Price: as cheap as possible; free or open‑source preferred if available.
- What tool do you use and why?
- Does it work well in both Teams and Meet?
- Is there a free or very cheap plan? What are the limits (minutes/month, meeting duration, watermark, etc.)?
- Its compatible with multi language? Does it recognize each participant well?
- Any issues with enterprise permissions (IT/security)?
