If anyone facing error, try these steps if it may help.

• Install Astra Pro, Elementor & Elementor Pro and activate.
• Install Premium Starter Templates 3.1.8 version and activate it.
• Install ultimate addons for Elementor (you can find here at Babiato)
• Go to See Library in Starter Templates and choose any Premium template you want.
• Carefully follow the steps and start installation. It'll be done in few seconds. (for me, it took 17 seconds)
• Later, update the older plugins by downloading the latest version from here (Babiato)

This worked for me. Everything is working fine for me now.

I was facing import error due to element pro, when I disabled the elementor Pro and left the free version worked the import!

Am sure it has already been mentioned before, however if you have any issues with importing whole sites through Starter Template Library itself, then simply go into Elementor, open or add a new page and import any page from the same template through this method instead and it will work perfectly fine.
