It's showing an error: "The XML URL for the site content is empty."

I've installed it successfully. The issue is in importing the site content of the starter template. When I uncheck "Import site content", it shows me "Importing Site Options failed due to parse JSON error" and when I check "import site content" it shows me "Importing site content failed. The XML URL for the site content is empty."

Maybe there's something I'm doing wrong or a plugin I need to install before importing the Premium Starter Sites Template?
