Try to be a bit more detailed with your issue instead of just simply posting a line of code.

I have no issues with the upload and all works for me.

Hi,
I have installed a lot of the pre made layouts. After a lot of tests it shows up only to a specific layout: Entrepreneur. I don't understand why this is happening.
That was the first to install and the one I most liked but unfortunately I had to switch to another one.
Thanks for the upload

Hello, I installed the Layout you mentioned and I didn't have any problems. But I did it on a clean install.

I believe you had some incompatibility for having others installed and not having cleaned up traces. I recommend that you do a clean install if you really want to install this layout.

It import pages but the blocks arent visible. Any ideea how to solve this ? The templates has pages and blocks. That one dont work.

I recommend that you do a clean install on another WordPress panel for testing. So you can see it's working! Then it will be easier to find the problem, but I believe it is compatibility with some other plugin. In a previous post there is a video of the installation order. Hope this helps .

I have tried with the steps from the video but dont working. I am using Oracle Cloud and as panel i use Hestia CP. I will attach some screenshots to see what i have installed.
PS: The Youtubue is from second screen. I use dual monitor setup.
