i have installed the demos as well but still when i try to import PRE-BUILT website i get this error in every template.. can you please look into this..

You can edit the .htaccess file or the php.ini if available.

Oh nevermind sorry, think it was just the one I tried 'Finance Two' - I spotted and installed 'BeTutor' after and that installed fine.

Thanks a lot man. I have now been able to get the Lab 3 demo working. I had issue with error "Package could not be downloaded". Totally resolved now
